Offshore boats had a nice day at sea! Happy anglers came back with excellent catches of Yellowfin Tuna and good catches of Dolphin. Boats that bottom fished caught Gray Tilefish. One Sailfish was released.

Inshore anglers on the Sound caught some Spanish Mackerel.

Inshore boats fished this morning and brought in Speckled Trout, Gray Trout, and Puppy Drum. They also offer clamming trips which are fun and a great adventure for youngsters.

The weather was beautiful offshore and the Dolphin were biting today with limits for some boats. A few Wahoo were caught as well as scattered Yellowfin Tuna. Our boats released 4 White Marlin and 2 Sailfish!

Boats experienced beautiful weather offshore today with great catches of fish. There were excellent catches of both gaffer and bailer sized Dolphin with some boats returning with a limit. A few Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna were also caught. Hatteras Fever II that had the make up trip for the day released a White Marlin.

Inshore boats fishing in the sound area produced catches of Red Drum. Along the beach, Spanish Mackerel and Atlantic Bonito were caught.

Inshore, a 78lb. Cobia was caught this morning! They also reported Red Drum and one group had an enjoyable clamming adventure.

Offshore, the Dolphin bite continues. Anglers came back with some good gaffers and some limits on bailers. The Yellowfin Tuna bite was scattered and a few Blackfin Tuna were reported. A limit of Tilefish was caught. A Sailfish was released.

The fleet arrives back at the dock between 4 and 5 p.m. and spectators are welcome. Get a cold drink from the Deli and watch what comes in!

Inshore boaters experienced some choppy conditions however, they returned to the dock with Red Drum.

Offshore boaters experienced a great day of Marlin fishing! Limits of Dolphin were caught as well as a few Blackfin Tuna.

Keep in mind that we offer Make-up charters (offshore) for groups that do not have 6 people! Come to Hatteras Harbor Marina and join in on the fun! Boats arrive back at the dock between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m.. Come on down and see the catch! We are located in Hatteras Village @ MP 72.

Wind was on the rise this morning from yesterday but still stayed decent. Larger class dolphin were caught today in slightly less numbers. Native Son and Sea Creature both released Blue Marlin and Release released a White Marlin. Yellowfin and Blackfin Tuna were also being caught. Inshore Puppy Drum were biting. Lots of people on the dock this afternoon and phone calls for charters. The Deli had Blackened Mahi Sandwiches for their lunch special.

Boats that fished near shore had a field day with Spanish Mackerel. Some Bluefish were caught just off the beach. Near shore fishing is within sight of the beach on the oceanside. You can enjoy that type of fishing with half day trips in the morning or afternoon.

Inshore boats had good catches of Speckled Trout, Gray Trout, Red Drum, and Cobia.

Offshore boats had excellent catches of gaffer-size Dolphin (some boats had limits!), scattered Yellowfin Tuna and Blackfin Tuna, and a few Tilefish. Several Sailfish were released today.

The Gulfstream current was alive and well offshore today! The Dolphin was really good and there were a few Blackfin Tuna. The Yellowfin Tuna catches were scattered.

Our inshore anglers on the Sound caught some Red Drum.

Today, the inshore boats returned with catches of Gray Trout, Red Drum, and Spanish Mackerel. Some Cobia was caught just outside Hatteras Inlet.
