offshore boats had fair Dolphin fishing today with scattered Wahoo and Black fin Tuna. There were also some Amberjack and citation size Grouper caught. There were 4 Sailfish, 1 White Marlin and 1 Blue Marlin released today.

Inshore boats caught Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish along the beach and some Speckled and Gray Trout in the sound.

Decent dolphin catches today with bailer sizes. Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna, Amberjack and Sea Bass. Inshore there were Speckled Trout and Bluefish as well as great catches of Spanish Mackerel.

Boss Lady: Joshua Poli of Doylestown, PA released a White Marlin.

Bite Me: Carlos Grullon of Lake Mary, FL released a Sailfish.

Good Times: Erik Gonzalez of Hardwick, NJ caught a 26lb Grouper.

Excellent catches of medium Dolphin continued today along with a nice mix of Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. Hatteras Blue released a Sailfish. Inshore boats were catching Red Drum, Cobia and Speckled Trout.

Wind kept the offshore fleet at the dock, but the inshore fleet got out and had catches of Cobia, Gray and Speckled Trout.

Only a few offshore boats made it out today, they had fair catches of dolphin and the wahoo were scattered.

Inshore boats had good catches of speckled trout and bluefish in the am, EXCELLENT catches of gray trout in the pm!

Offshore boats bought in fair catches of dolphin (bailers and gaffers), few wahoo, blackfin tuna and amberjack. Bottom fishing was good. One sailfish was released.

Inshore anglers caught limits of gray trout and nice catches of bluefish. Speckled trout bite was fair.

Offshore boats had good catches of Dolphin a few Wahoo and a few Blackfin Tuna. Bite Me released a Blue Marlin

Inshore boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel along the beach and caught and released big red Drum in the sound.

Derek and Corinna Beake of Arlington, VA each released a 45" and 461/2"  Red Drum on the Hook Up

Father and son Michael and Andrew Grover of Baltimore, MD released a Red Drum 42" and 51" for the sons' fish also on the Hook Up

Offshore boats had a good day today, they had good catches of Dolphin and a few Wahoo. Sea Creature released a Sailfish.

Inshore boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel along the beach and Trout in the sound. Fishing in the sound they also released 3 Big Red Drum and kept some that were within the size limit.

A little breezy on the water today, but the fish didn't care they were hungry. All of our boats caught plenty of dolphin, bailers and gaffers. Mixed in was some wahoo and billfish. Boss Lady released a sailfish, Hatteras Fever released a hatchet marlin, and some other boats released 2  blue marlin. Inshore was limits of spanish mackerel. We hope everyone has a fun, safe holiday. HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!!!

Beautiful, beautiful day in Hatteras with calm wind and seas. Good catches of Dolphin aka Mahi-Mahi. A few Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna were caught as well. Chasing their favorite prey there were also some Billfish released today. Hatteras Blue released a Blue Marlin and a Sailfish. Native Son, Release and Tuna Duck (2) all released Sailfish. Inshore continued to have a good Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish bite as well as some Red Drum.
