Offshore boats had a great day fishing, they caught near limits of Dolphin, one boat had a good catch of Black fin Tuna and there were also some nice Wahoo caught. Hatteras Blue released 2 Sailfish.

Inshore had caught Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish along the beach and Trout and Big Drum in the sound

Offshore boats had good fishing today, they returned with good catches of Dolphin, some Wahoo and some Blackfin Tuna. There was 1 Sailfish released, 4 White Marlin, and 4 Blue Marlin released today.

Inshore boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel and Blue Fish along the beach. There was also several Big Drum released measuring from 30" and 47"

Boats fishing offshore today had beautiful weather and great fishing. Dolphin fishing was great with some boats returning with limits, there were also some Wahoo and Amberjack caught. Boss Lady released a Blue Marlin, Release released a Blue and White Marlin, Sea Creature released 2 White Marlin, Sundown released a Blue Marlin and Tuna Duck released a Blue Marlin.

Inshore along the beach boats reported real good Spanish fishing with one boat catching 60 fish and in the sound boats caught Gray and Speckled Trout and Blue fish.

Boss Lady- 9 year old (little girl) Cameron Nipper of Alcoa, TN released a Blue Marlin

              William Lee III of Gordonsville, VA released a White Marlin

              Page Gallihugh Jr of Radiant, VA caught a 31lb Grouper

Sea Creature- 9 year old Michael Korenkiewicz of Kirkwood, PA released a White Marlin

               Don Korenkiewicz of Kirkwood, PA released of White Marlin 

Sundown- Walker Johnston of Burton, MD released a Blue Marlin

Great weather today inshore and offshore. The larger boats were as a captain told me "catching killer gaffer Dolphin and some bailers" there were also Blackfin Tuna and Wahoo being caught. Good Times released a Blue Marlin and Release released a White Marlin.

Inshore some of the best Spanish Mackerel fishing you will see! with good Speckled Trout and some Red Drum releases.

Offshore boats had good catches of dolphin (balers and gaffers) and some amber jack. 1 blue marlin, 2 white marlin and 1 sailfish were released!

Inshore boats had good catches of speckled and gray trout, bluefish and Spanish mackerel on the beach.

Two offshore boats braved the seas to fish the last day of the Big Rock Tournament. Release boat released two blue marlin and Sea Creature released a white marlin.

Inshore boats that bounced around the sound caught some speckled trout and flounder. One 49" red drum release!

 WINDY, WINDY, WINDY! Were the conditions here today, however a couple of boats ventured out along the beach and caught some Spanish Mackerel. 

 

Wednesday, June 13, 2012

The offshore boats caught Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna and a few Wahoo today. There was also a Cobia caught. Release released 2 White Marlin and Sea Creature released a Blue Marlin, they're both fishing in the Big Rock Tournament.

Along the beach boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel and in the sound the were some nice Speckled Trout caught

Offshore boats had good catches of dolphin while the wahoo bite was scattered. One blue marlin and one white marlin were released.

Inshore boats had good catches of Spanish Mackerel and speckled trout.
