One charter boat made her way to the Gulfstream this morning. Breezy but nice, they returned happy with a nice catch of Yellowfin and Blackfin Tunas! Few King Mackerel were in the box as well!

Book your TUNA trip NOW! We offer Duck Hunting Guides too! 800-676-4939

No charters went out today. We have a couple of offshore charters planned for tomorrow and hopefully they will return with some tuna.

Hatteras is a wonderful place to visit in the winter with its quiet beaches and slower pace, so take a break and come fish, relax, and just hang out!

We had one boat to go offshore this morning. The party returned early with some nice Blackfin Tuna. John Gwyn of Henderson, NC received a citation for a 23 lb. Blackfin Tuna fishing from Bite Me. Congratulations John!

The full moon was spectacular early this morning over the Pamlico Sound. The weather has warmed up dramatically and a light southwest wind made today quite enjoyable. No boats fished, but many of our captains are sprucing up for the upcoming fishing season. One boat fished earlier this week from another marina and reported a nice catch of Yellowfin Tuna and Blackfin Tuna. They are willing to take any interested party, so if you want to go, give us a call at 800-676-4939 and we'll be glad to set your up!

The weather and the water pipes have thawed out with temps pushing into the 50's today. Wind was light and the sound was calm, no boats went out inshore or offshore. The temperatures should continue to climb so if you are snowed in, it's a good time to make your way to Hatteras.

A cold north wind blew in bringing with it the possibility of rain and snow this weekend. Gale force conditions will keep boats from fishing, so check back later to see what's happening on the fishing scene. Stay warm and safe!

There is nothing to report on fishing today as no boats ventured out. We are all ready for the season to begin again in earnest! Break up the winter doldrums with a inshore or offshore trip! Give us a call at 800-676-4939 to plan your fishing adventure.

It has been a mild overcast winter day here in Hatteras. We are expecting some winter weather to arrive later this weekend. The service for Captain Berle Wilson has been moved to January 20, 2017 at 1 p.m. due to the forecast. It will be held at Evangelical Methodist Church in Elizabeth City. There is nothing to report on the fishing as no boats went out today.

Offshore and Inshore boats stayed at the dock today. Weather was rainy and overcast with temps in the 60's. We should see a drop in temperature the next few days. Check out the picture from a couple of days ago, the fish are still biting we just need some sponsors.

We are sad to start the New Year with the passing of Capt Berle Wilson. He fished from Hatteras Harbor Marina with his boat Good Times for many years and made a lot of Anglers dreams come true with that perfect day on the water. His son David Wilson carried on the tradition fishing with us here. We wish our condolences for the family and friends of a true waterman. Services will be Saturday Jan 7 at 1:00PM Evangelical Methodist Church in Elizabeth City, NC. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the EMC music program.
