Although the weather was fine offshore today, fishing was a little slow. Charters returned from the Gulfstream with a few Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna. The King Mackerel and Dolphin bite was scattered. Three Sailfish were released!

Inshore anglers enjoyed a good day on the Sound. They had good catches of Gray and Speckled Trout!

Inshore fishing was slow this morning with only a few Speckled Trout caught.

Fall-like conditions (cool NE wind along with abundant sunshine) produced a beautiful day to be fishing offshore. Anglers returned with a real good catch of Blackfin Tuna. The Wahoo bite was scattered today. A few Dolphin and Yellowfin Tuna kept anglers busy and helped to fill the box. A White Marlin was released on the Bite Me. Hatteras Fever released a Sailfish. Interested in having a fun fishing adventure? We offer inshore (1/2 day trips - morning or afternoon), offshore (full day trips), and make-up charters (full day offshore) to accommodate everyone's needs. Call 800-676-4939 for more information.

Inshore fishing was the ticket today! Anglers experienced good Gray Trout and even better Speckled Trout fishing. Keeper Flounder and some small Flounder were caught. Bluefish fishing was good and some Blow Toads were caught as well.

A few boats ventured offshore. One boat returned with a limit of Amberjack. They caught some Spanish Mackerel on the way in. Bottom fishing also included Vermillion Snapper, Silver Snapper, and Triggerfish. Hopefully more boats will be out tomorrow.

Only one boat fishing today, scattered Wahoo and Mahi. Weather is great with lower temps and humidity it is a great time to be fishing on the Outer Banks. Book your fishing trip and stay here at Hatteras Harbor.

Strong winds kept all the big boats from fishing today, we did have some inshore boats go out and they caught some Drum. Fishing has been good, so don't let the weather get you down, book a trip and go catch some fish.

What a beautiful Autumn day to be on a fishing charter. Blackfin Tuna fishing was real good offshore today. Dolphin fishing was good with quite a few gaffers caught. A few Wahoo and Yellowfin Tuna were caught. King Mackerel fishing was good. One Sailfish was released. Bottom fish included Sand Tilefish, Vermillion Snapper. Triggerfish, and Almaco Jacks. A parking lot full of happy anglers helped to make for a wonderful afternoon.

For lack of a better way of saying it, inshore fishing was terrible today. Perhaps it will be different tomorrow.
