With winds blowing WSW 15-20 kt  created 7ft waves and squalls, (a sudden increase in wind speed associated with active weather), offshore kept all boats at the docks.

The Sound did not look good for inshore boats as well.

Check back tomorrow!

Offshore, there were a few Blackfin Tuna, scattered Wahoo, and good Dolphin (mostly bailers, but some gaffers). Tuna Duck released a Sailfish. Tomorrow's weather is supposed to be even better than today, so don't miss out - book your trip soon!

Inshore anglers enjoyed a beautiful Fall day on the Pamlico Sound. The Red Drum bite continues to be good. Flounder and Bluefish were caught as well. The cooler temperatures along with the warm sunshine turn these Fall days into especially enjoyable experiences, as far as fishing is concerned.

The offshore fleet did not go out today.

Keep in mind that we are open all year and can take you fishing anytime (weather permitting).
