Excellent weather all day, thunderstorms followed the boats in, but everyone got their full day. They returned with good Dolphin and a few Wahoo. Good Times released a Blue Marlin and a Sailfish. Patriot released a Sailfish.

Inshore boats were catching good Red Drum keepers as well as releasing several oversize.

Nice fishing weather offshore! Boats returned with good catches of Dolphin, Wahoo. The Blackfin Tuna bite was scattered. Boats that bottom fished caught Amberjack. Two Blue Marlin and Two Sailfish were released.

Inshore, an avid fisherman caught and released several Red Drum using a fly rod. He reported that the Drum put up a great fight. Bluefish and Flounder were put into the cooler as well.

Offshore, the Billfish bite was off the charts.! Our Make-up Charter released 4 Sailfish and others released 3 more. Several White Marlin  and a Blue Marlin were released. Dolphin and Wahoo fishing were good and a few Blackfin Tuna were boated.

The Red Drum bite was hot today!! Anglers caught their limit and released 41" and 48" fish. Bluefish were biting good and they caught a few Flounder and Speckled Trout. Inshore boats fish the waters of the Pamlico Sound and also offer clamming trips.

Near shore boats fished in crystal clear water along the beach and caught Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.

Offshore charters experienced excellent Dolphin and Wahoo fishing. Some Blackfin Tuna were caught and one Yellowfin Tuna was brought in. Captains reported a beautiful day on the Atlantic Ocean. Native Son released a Sailfish.

Inshore guys were kept busy today with limits of Red Drum, keeper Flounder, Bluefish, and Speckled Trout. One party released a 30" Red Drum. Cobia made a showing again today. One party hooked a 25lb. fish and several large ones broke off. Clamming was excellent today!

Boats that fished near shore caught Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.

Offshore boats returned with an excellent catch of Wahoo. Dolphin fishing was pretty good with gaffers and bailers. There were scattered catches of Blackfin Tuna and King Mackerel.

The weather provided a beautiful day to be fishing inshore or offshore! Sunshine, clear skies, and good fishing make for good vacation memories.

Inshore anglers caught Speckled Trout, Gray Trout, and Bluefish.

Offshore anglers had real good catches of Dolphin and Wahoo. Blackfin Tuna and King Mackerel produced scattered bites today. Several Blue Marlins were released.

A few boats out today they reported back with excellent Wahoo fishing, good Dolphin with bailer and gaffer sizes. A few Blackfin Tuna were also in the mix. Red Drum and clams were being caught in the sound today.

Only a couple boats offshore today. Catching was a little slow, the Dolphin bite was fair and Wahoo scattered. Sea Creature released a Blue and a White Marlin.

The near shore trip that fished the Ocean side today caught few Spanish Mackerel.

Inshore boats made up for bad weather yesterday! The Red Drum fishing was excellent! One 48" Drum was released! Some Gray Trout was caught too!

Rain showers kept inshore at the dock today.

Offshore, the weather was nice and the fishing was better today. Wahoo was the name of the game today with a few boats having close to a limit. Dolphin fishing was good today and Blackfin Tuna was scattered.  Gray Tilefish were caught on the wrecks. A 48 in. Barracuda was released. Several Sailfish and a White Marlin were released as well.

Inshore boats enjoyed a day of sunshine and good Red Drum fishing. Some Gray Trout was caught too.

Offshore fishing was scrappy today. The weather was beautiful, but fishing was off. A few Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna were caught. The Wahoo continue to provide a good bite. Triggerfish and Silver Snapper were brought in off the wrecks. There was a scattered catch of King Mackerel.

Near shore, anglers caught lots of Black-tip Sharks.
