Fishing Reports

It was a pretty day on the blue water today. A couple of the big boats watched the sunrise this morning on the fishing grounds. They had good catches of Dolphin along with really good catches of Blackfin Tuna. The Nearshore boat Gambler had Spanish Mackerel. One Inshore boat went out to the outside and had pretty catches of African Pompano and a couple of Dolphin and an Amberjack. The other Inshore boats had Bluefish, Speckled Trout and some pretty Red Drum on the inside.

A few of the offshore boats headed offshore on this beautiful  Monday morning. They returned with catches of Blackfin Tuna, Dolphin and Wahoo. Release released a Sailfish.

Just one boat fishing inshore this morning, they put their anglers on the fish. They had catches of Speckled Trout, Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel

The Offshore boats made it out to the fishing grounds this morning but the fishing was scrappy. They did manage to throw some Wahoo on deck along with some Blackfin Tuna. Fishing along the beach on the way in resulted in throwing some Spanish Mackerel on the deck too. The Inshore boat Black Pearl had good catches of Speckled Trout and Sheepshead.

A few of the Offshore boats ventured out into choppy waters this morning. They were successful catching some Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna. They also had some decent Wahoo fishing. Release released a Sailfish. The Inshore boat Hook Up had good Albacore and Spanish Mackerel fishing on the inside.

The Offshore boats stayed home today due to the persistent NE wind. It's making for pretty choppy fishing grounds. The Inshore boats did have good fishing today with Gray Trout, Speckled Trout, Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel. They also had good Red Drum fishing.

The boats may head out tomorrow if it looks fishable in the morning.

Another pretty day on the water. Offshore anglers had a good day catching Dolphin,Wahoo, and Blackfin Tuna.

Inshore Anglers had a good day catching Speckled Trout, Blue Fish.

Colby Mclaughlin released a Sailfish on the Sea Creature.

What a pretty day to be out on the water. Off Shore Fleet had a good day catching some Dolpins, Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna,

Spanish Mackerel,Albacore.

Inshore Fleet had a good day catching Red Drum, and Blue Fish.

The boats left the docks under a full moon. Beautiful Carolina skies took over after the moon set. The Offshore boats had a pretty good day of slinging Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna on deck along with a few Wahoo. Hatteras Blue released a Sailfish. The Inshore boats had a good day with Red Drum on the bite.

It was a pretty rough ocean out there today. The Offshore Fleet all stayed home this morning. The Inshore boats were hard at it. They had good catches of Speckled Trout, Bluefish and limits on Red Drum. They also filled plenty of coolers with Clams.

It looks like pretty weather is coming this week. A cold front should be coming through bringing high temperatures in the upper 70's. A taste of fall may make the fish hungry. Give us a call and we'll get you on a boat to the blue water.

The morning started out with a little, brief shower. After sunup the clouds stayed at bay. Fishing was good for the big boats but not quite as good as yesterday. They still had some Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna. They also had a few Wahoo. The Inshore boats had good fishing with limits of Speckled and Gray Trout along with limits of Bluefish and Red Drum.

It was a beautiful day on the blue water today. The big boats actually had good fishing to go along with it. They had good catches of both bailer and gaffer Dolphin. They also had Blackfin Tuna on the bite along with some Wahoo. Sea Creature released a Blue Marlin.

It was a swell day today. One big boat made it out to the blue water this morning. Ernesto's swell kept the others in. Release did have good Dolphin and Blackfin Tuna on the bite. The Wahoo managed to slip the hook. The Inshore boats had good Speckled Trout, Spanish Mackerel and Red Drum fishing and released a couple of Flounder.

Tomorrow will be a see what it looks like in the morning day kind of day.

A few boats headed offshore this morning in thime to catch a beautiful sunrise. They returned with catches of Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna and some Dolphin and bottomfish like Amberjack, Trigger fish and B-liners

Inshore anglers enjoyed a day on the Pamilco Sound catching Bluefish, Red Drum, and Speckled Trout. Some Spanish Mackerel were also boated along the beach.

It was a beautiful day today with a nice light northeasterly breeze. The Offshore boats had another day of good Wahoo fishing. They also had some good Dolphin and a few Blackfin Tuna. Bite Me released a Blue Marlin. Gambler released a Sailfish. The Nearshore boat Chaser had good Spanish Mackerel fishing in both the morning and afternoon. The Inshore boats had very good catches of Speckled Trout, Bluefish, Red Drum, Spadefish and Spanish Mackerel.
