2. Cancellations By Captain
   If the Captain of the charter boat must cancel due to weather or unexpected issues, you will receive a full refund or a credit towards a future booking at your discretion
3. No-Shows
   Failure to arrive without notice will result in the loss of the deposit or payment made.
4. Refund Process
   Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.
