Fishing Reports

Today saw a couple of our Offshore boats head to the blue water. Release and Sea Creature were successful in getting on the Blackfin Tuna bite. Tuna fishing was very good. The Inshore boats had a good day of catching Sheepshead, Red Drum and Black Drum.

Sammie Price of Georgetown, DE caught a 10.4lb. Sheepshead

Inshore Fleet went out today Catching a few SheepsHead.

Good day of fishing. Inshore Fleet had a good day catching Red Drum, Sheepshead, and Sea Bass.

Offshore Fleet had a good day catching a few BlackFin Tuna, and a few Dolphin.

Last Cast anglers. Angie Akins,John Akins and Chuch Horton of VA released a total of 40 Red Drum  47in,48in 49, on the Last Cast.

What a great day to be fishing today. Sound Bound had a great day with his aglers catching citation  Sheepshead. Hook up also had a great day catching sheepshead.

As March is coming to a close the Red Drum fishing is great. Our Inshore boat, Last Cast was on the Drum and released several big ones. They were also able to catch their limits on keepers. A pretty day with some good fishing.

What a nice day to be on the water. Last Cast went out today catching lots of Drum. 

The first day of Spring started out a little chilly but not as chilly as it's been. Hatteras Blue and Release untied from the dock this morning and headed out to the blue water. No Bluefin Tuna were sighted. They didn't come home empty handed as they caught some King Mackerel. Release also had a few Blackfin Tuna.

A beautiful spring morning turned into a pretty spring day. This morning saw Hatteras Blue heading out to the fishing grounds. They got onto the Bluefin Tuna. They released several big fish and were able to boat a keeper, making for some very happy anglers. Release also got onto the Bluefins and released all of their giants. Unfortunately, they couldn't find a keeper.

Another foggy morning turned into a beautiful day at the dock but remained misty for the Offshore boats. Bite Me and Release both had some luck with Bluefin Tuna. After traveling north to find them, Bite Me boated a keeper and pulled off a couple of Blue Marlin. Release released several giants but wasn't able to find a keeper. 

Release ventured out this morning, in the dark and fog. They had calm seas but foggy conditions stayed with them for the day. They were in search of Bluefin Tuna but none were seen. They didn't come home empty handed, with a catch of Sea Bass along with a King Mackerel and an Albacore. 

Just one boat headed out to the blue water today, they caught and released a good number of Bluefin Tuna, most were over the size you could keep so they only kept one, but they had a good time and have some sore arms

It was a pretty day today and Hatteras Blue took advantage of it. They released some big Bluefin Tuna and boated a keeper size Tuna. They also had Albacore and a surpise Wahoo. Tuna fishing is where it's at. Don't miss out and give a captain a call to get your's.

This last day of February saw one boat venture out this morning. Bite Me got onto the Tuna bite. The Bluefin action was just what the captain ordered. They released several and boated a 52" Tuna for some happy anglers. If you want to get in on the action you can go to our website and give a captain a call.

Not much happening around Hatteras these days, so when we get a chance to show off some our recent catches we want take advantage of it. Hatteras Blue and Release have been doing a little fishing the last few days. The Bluefin Tuna are making a showing as well as Blackfin Tuna and King Mackerel. Captain's phone numbers can be found by "clicking here for more info" under their boat name if you want to get in on some of these action. Please note that not ALL boats are avialble this time of year so it's best to call the Captain. We should be back in the office at the end of the month, until then, stay safe!

The last day of November saw 2 boats hit the blue water this morning. They had great catches of King Mackerel on live bait. They also had good catches of Blackfin Tuna and one boat had some Bluefish.

Inshore fleet went out this morning catching Tautog, and Sheepshead.
